Following sheer reservations, Federal Government on Tuesday has decided to take in confidence Kashmiri Leadership on thorny Gilgit-Baltistan issue.
Official Sources told Online that on the directives of Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi after his return from Libya on September 04 will give a formal briefing to Kashmiri leadership at the Foreign Ministry.
In this regard all Representatives of political parties, All Parties Huriyat Conference have been specially invited to participate in the briefing.
In the briefing, Qamar Zaman Kaira, AJK President Raja Zulqarnain, PM AJK Sardar Yaquub Khan and other vibrant Kashmiri leadership has been called.
It is pertinent to mention that Kashmiri leadership and APHC had strongly lambasted Federal Government’s decision regarding separate province of Gilgit-Baltistan thus had serious reservations over it.
