Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani while announcing a repeal of Electronic Crimes Ordinance has said that Government will not impose any restriction on media.
In his address in National Assembly on Thursday, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani said that government is not in favour of restricting freedom of media. He said that he has instructed information minister to look into the mater because it is included in the manifesto of the PPP not to accept those draconian laws and curbs on the media should be repealed.
