Advisor to Prime Minister on Education Sardar Asif Ahmed Ali will preside the committee tasked to hold inquiry regarding assault on NUML Lecturer of IR Department by NUML Registrar from today (Monday) and will submit its report to President Asif Ali Zardari.
According to details President Asif Ali Zardari taking notice of NUML incident regarding assault of IR Department Lecturer Tahir Malik by Registrar of the NUML University Brig. ® Ubaid Ullah Ranja had directed to constitute a committee in heading of Advisor to Prime Minister on Education that will initiate its inquiry from today to probe the issue
Sources informed that the investigation committee will held investigations with Rector (NUML) Brig. ® Aziz Ahmed Khan, Registrar Brig. ® Ubaid Ullah and Professor Tahir Malik and will submit its report to President Asif Ali Zardari.
It is pertinent to mention that agitated students of NUML varsity had underlined to stage protest demonstration against highhandedness of NUML registrar with Lecturer IR department.
The inquiry committee comprises Chairman HEC and Secretary Education Imtiaz Qazi.
